The program consists of several architectural elements including pedestrian and vehicular bridges, public restrooms and picnic shelters. Repeated materials and forms, such as solid concrete bases, structural steel pipe, and cedar roof members unify individual structures into an environmental whole. The bridge is composed of a wood deck cantilevered from a torsion pipe beam spanning concrete piers.
